WHITE COLLAR BOXING

There will be an enrolment & start of training on Saturday 5^th March for 2hrs quick explanation and to gauge everyone’s level of fitness and ability.

That will leave 7wks training

We will all train together for the first week there will be 3 sessions that week.

Then with 6weeks to go we will split you into two groups red & blue corners,

Then you will train separately twice a week for 6 weeks you can also do your own training……

Over the 7 weeks our Coaches will give you skills, fitness and diet plans to get you in the best possible shape for your bout

All matches will be made as fair as possible.

Our charity will be help the hero’s

but you can get sponsors and fight for your own charity so it’s all for a good cause !!!

The bouts will be 3×2 min rounds with head guards and 16oz gloves.
There will be an enrolment fee of £99

This includes your gloves, head guard, groin guard, gum shield, shorts and vest… This also shows your commitment to take up the challenge,

The 7 weeks training is free but you are expected to sell a minimum

Of 10 Tickerts @£25 every Ticket after that £5 will go to your chosen charity
The venue is the Black-E next to china town the City Centre

Which has a brilliant atmosphere we have been promoting shows for over 15yrs and this is one of the best venues.
