This course is great for anyone who wants to kickstart their training and learn something new and challenging. Kickboxing is a fantastic cross training workout improving overall fitness and relieving stress.

This is a 10 week course teaching you the basic techniques of K1. Working in a small group you will focus on your fitness, footwork, basic punches, kicks, defence and pad drills. After the 10 week course you will grade for your first belt 🥋 which will then give you the confidence and knowledge to join in the regular classes.
